It’s always fun to see clients’ business progress and evolve, and even more fun when they involve me in the process. Frequent readers will remember social attraction guru Adam LoDolce from our first session last fall. Well Adam’s business has been kicking ass since then, and he’s got a new site in the works, we got together to make some new images for his new site.
I’d also be remiss not to thank Curt at the Charlesmark Hotel for giving us free run of their lounge and bar for this shoot, and Allana Taranto for assisting me.

Just a quick post today, with some headshots of Peter from a session last week at LensProToGo. Peter’s a full-time actor I met through Emerson Umbrella – a great local theatre and arts program in Concord. If you’re into that kinda thing, it’s totally worth checking out, great folks over there, and I hope to collaborate with them soon on an upcoming project or two.

Last week I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Adam bumming around near his place in Allston. (Frequent readers will remember his brother Marc from August’s “Breaking Stuff” post). Like his brother, Adam’s in the midst of starting his own business, and wanted to create some images to use for his new site and social media presence.
I’m especially a fan of working with other small business owners and creative professionals who have a vision of how to best portray both their business and their brands, something Adam was all over. We spent a couple hours walking around Allston and Brighton, finishing up the shoot just after dark with some creative train dodging to get the background lights for the final image.
When I was setting up to shoot this first image, another photographer and band came walking up from out of the blue and borrowed my the wall I wanted to use for a background. While we were waiting an employee from the supermarket next door came running out to get their autograph. It turned out the band was Anberlin, and, well, they’re kinda a big deal.
